We make consulting with our dental experts easy. If you're local, schedule an in-person second opinion, but if you live on the other side of the state or across the country, you can still take advantage of our expert consultations. 

Step 1: Email Our Dental Office — Email us at info@frontierdental.org. Tell us about yourself, including why you're seeking a second opinion. We'll then send you a special form/waiver to fill out and request the necessary information. 

Step 2: Submit Your Information — Typically, we will ask for relevant x-rays, clinical pictures, the proposed treatment plan, treatment notes, and any questions that you have for our doctors. You must also include the consulting fee of $200 for the first hour and your completed form/waiver.

Step 3: Receive Your Second Opinion—After our second opinion dentists receive everything from Step 2, they will meticulously review your information, consult with one another, and provide you with an expert second opinion. Note: There is another $200 fee for time spent after the first consulting hour however, these consultations typically don't take more than an hour. 

Some diagnoses are straightforward. For example, if your dentist finds tooth decay during a routine exam, you’ll not need another opinion. In this case, get the filling.

However, if your dentist decides you’re not a candidate for specific tooth replacement options or if you have a complex issue involving your natural teeth, you should always consult a prosthodontist.
